Stun Cuffs (Stun Cuffs)

Stun cuffs are a way of restraining someone. They are very useful in aiding in the control and transportation of criminals and other prisoners. If the person bound by them tries to tamper with the cuffs in order to get free it will shock them causing them to become stunned.

Notes: Any character failing their check to break free or pick the lock is dealt stun damage and requires the appropriate Fortitude save.
